Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Arts. 52-59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of subscription, without providing any reason and without penalties.

1. Scope

The right of withdrawal applies to Pro and Business subscriptions taken out by consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their business activity). It does not apply to the Free plan or to professionals/businesses.

2. How to exercise withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must communicate their decision through a support ticket at support.trovido.com within 14 days of subscription.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If withdrawal is exercised within 14 days, the payment will be refunded in full within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal communication, using the same payment method used for the original transaction (Stripe). The account will be reverted to the Free plan.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the user has already used AI features (description generation, translations) during the withdrawal period, as the digital service has been fully provided with the user's express consent.
