These Terms govern the use of the Menu Digitale platform (menu.trovido.com), a SaaS service for creating and managing digital menus with QR codes, multilingual translations and analytics, provided by GiaNet Media di Francesco Giannetta.

1. Service description

Menu Digitale offers: creation and management of digital menus accessible via QR code; automatic menu translation into 11 languages using artificial intelligence; allergen management compliant with EU Reg. 1169/2011; view analytics; QR code generation in PNG and SVG; PDF menu export; dark/light mode display.

2. Plans and pricing

The service is available in the following plans: Free (free, 1 menu, 30 dishes, 2 languages); Pro (unlimited dishes, 11 languages, AI, PDF, advanced analytics); Business (multi-location, white label, custom domain). Prices are listed on the dedicated page and may be updated with 30 days notice.

3. Registration and account

To use the service you must create an account with truthful information. Users are responsible for the security of their credentials. Each account represents a business.

4. User obligations

Users agree to: provide truthful information about their venue and menu; not publish illegal, offensive or misleading content; comply with allergen regulations (EU Reg. 1169/2011); not use the service for fraudulent purposes; respect third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual property

Menu content (dish names, descriptions, photos) remains the property of the user. The platform, code, design and trademarks are the property of GiaNet Media. AI-generated translations are licensed to the user for use within the service.

6. Liability

GiaNet Media strives to ensure service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of allergen information published in their menu. GiaNet Media is not liable for damages arising from incorrect information entered by the user.

7. Payments and billing

Payments are managed through Stripe. Billing is monthly. Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard.

8. Account deletion

Users may request account deletion and all associated data at any time from the settings section. Deletion is irreversible. Billing data will be retained for 10 years as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

GiaNet Media reserves the right to modify these Terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the jurisdiction of their place of residence applies. For professional users, the competent court is Lecce.
